Lifeline Program
If you are currently on Food Stamps/EBT Cardholder, and your income is below a certain level, you may qualify for FREE or low-cost home or cell phone service for you or a member of your family through the Federal Lifeline Program, which serves nearly 13 million Americans.
The Lifeline program helps to lower the monthly cost of phone and internet service. Eligible customers will get at least $9.25 toward their monthly bill. You can only use Lifeline for either phone or internet service, but not both.

Discounted Internet Service for Pennsylvania
One of the most popular PA EBT Card discounts is free or discounted internet service. The new Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) provides low-income households with discounted internet to Pennsylvania EBT Cardholders.
The program provides eligible households with a $30 discount on their internet service each month. Plus, you could also get a one-time $100 discount on the purchase of an eligible laptop, desktop or tablet.
You can combine the $30 ACP internet credit with your Lifeline phone service to save even more on your phone and internet bill each month.

Currently, Pennsylvania has 74 internet providers that participate in the Affordable Connectivity Program. This list includes Access Wireless, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Comcast Xfinity, Century Link, Cox, Google, and many more.

State parks in Pennsylvania offer 50% OFF admission to low-income residents with their Pennsylvania ACCESS Card.Pennsylvania State Park Admission
The admission fee for each Pennsylvania state park varies, however, most cost between $10 to $15. Children under the age of 6 are always free of charge at any Pennsylvania state park.
Art-Reach Access Program for PA EBT Cardholders
Pennsylvania EBT Cardholders with government-issued cash, food or medical benefits use their EBT ACCESS Card to gain discounted admission to participating Pennsylvania museums, science centers, gardens, historic sites and attractions for $2. Admission is paid for by the visitor and cannot be charged to the EBT card. The cardholder may bring up to four guests per visit.
Discounted and FREE Museum Admission in Pennsylvania
As mentioned earlier, your EBT Card gives you discounted or FREE access to museums, aquariums, art galleries, botanical gardens and other great family-friendly places. We have compiled a list of all the discounted admission your ACCESS EBT Card qualifies you for in Pennsylvania.
The Pennsylvania Museums listed below all offer individual admission fees ranging from FREE to $3.00 for individuals and families who have an Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) card, and a valid form of photo ID.
Present your EBT card and valid ID from any state to gain admission to the Andy Warhol Museum, Carnegie Museum of Art, Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and The Mattress Factory museum for up to 4 people at $1 each. For the Warhol and Carnegie museums, children under 3 go for free. At the Mattress Factory, children 6 and under attend for free.
The offer covers up to four individuals per EBT card, which means that if you have a family of 4, you can use your Pennsylvania EBT card to get the special discounted rate or the free admission for all four members.
These rates are available during all normal operating hours. We advise that you call the museum first before you go. This is to ensure that you can find out and confirm what their special rate is for Pennsylvania Access EBT Cardholders (whether it’s free admission or $3).
